Aleesha Young established herself as a top female professional bodybuilder in the second half of 2010s. Aleesha came from a sports-loving family that was born in 1984. Her father competed in bodybuilding as did her siblings, and she also participated in various sports, including hockey and ice. Aleesha played other sports such as basketball, softball, and soccer. She began bodybuilding when she turned 15 years older. Aleesha was granted her professional card following her win at the NPC USA Championships in 2014. Her first year of competition, it was in the year 2008. In 2014, the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro saw her compete and she finished 9th. Then she fought to secure her 9th-place finish for 2015. Aleesha was 6th place in both 2015 and 2016 at the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Aleesha is steady improvement since she won her debut professional competition at the Chicago Pro Championships 2019 after taking at the Chicago Pro Championships. Her best showing at the WOS Rising Phoenix was in the year 2020, when she snagged the fourth position. In spite of this, "Worlds strongest mom" was forced to take a time off from bodybuilding due to health issues.
